52nd Annual

Wright Wride


A Dayton Cycling Club Event


Join the Dayton Cycling Club for our 52nd annual Wright Wride! On August 27, 2023, the ride begins and ends at Cedarville Community Park (see map below). Enjoy beautiful flat to rolling countryside with routes of 25, 50, 60, and 100 miles. There will be SAG support as well as mechanical support.



Parking


Do not park at the Shelter - there isn't enough room! Instead, park at:

Sheridan & Associates
200 Parkview Ln
Cedarville, OH 45314

located across the bike trail from the Shelter.  Also known as Cedar Land Event Center.



Routes


Explore these interactive maps and have fun choosing your route!  If using the Ride With GPS app on your smartphone, then search for "Wright Wride 2023" within the app and download your preferred route.  For bike computers, click on the "DCC Wright Wride 2023" title below to open the Ride With GPS event page.  From there, scroll down to the routes and click "Go to route" on your preferred distance.  This will open a more detailed route page with export options.


 

Event Schedule

  • 7-9 a.m. - Sign-in and maps at the Cedarville Community Park Shelter.
    • 100-mile riders leave by 7:00 a.m.
    • 60-mile riders leave by 7:30 a.m.
    • 50-mile riders leave by 8:00 a.m.
    • 25-mile riders leave by 8:30 a.m.
  • 5 p.m. - Wright Wride ends.

Rules

  • Participants must wear helmets while riding.
  • Bicycles are vehicles according to Ohio Law. Please obey the rules of the road!
  • Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • We ride, rain or shine! No refunds.

Registration

Pre-Registration (deadline August 23rd)

  • $35 for non-members, with $10 discount for DCC members

Day-Of Registration

  • $35 for both DCC members and non-members
