Rally rides are a great way to get ready for the big Young‘s Ice Cream Chairy ride in Septermber, especially if you aren’t used to going on long distance rides. The first rally ride has a $5 fee, the second $15, and the third $25. The fourth rally ride is a $35 fee (lunch included). ALL FEES ARE WAIVED IF YOU ARE PRE-REGISTERED FOR THE MAIN RIDE.
Every rally ride begins at 9am. Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early to register/check-in (required).
#1 – Saturday, May 10 - This route runs from Xenia to Corwin on the Bike Path with a rest stop in Corwin. The return is optional for riders, either all Bike Path back to Xenia OR country roads with some good ups and downs. Then returning to the Bike Path for the final 5 miles after a fun downhill on Richland Road.

Bike to work on National Bike to Work Day, May 16, and let your Five Rivers MetroParks treat you to a delicious pancake breakfast at RiverScape MetroPark from 7 to 9 AM. Enjoy flying pancakes, live music, meet fellow cyclists, learn about community cycling resources and how you can be kinder to the environment by opting to bike to work.

Intersection of Wolf Creek Trail and Arlington Rd. in Brookville.
Ride by, or through, 2 to 11 covered bridge, west of Dayton. Options of 20, 41, 70, 103 miles. The DCC has been running this event since the early ‘80s. This FREE tour is NOT supported (no SAG van, no rest/food stops), but convenience stores, restaurants, & parks, for food, water and rest rooms are along the route. Be ready to fix a flat tire and other mechanical problems.
Park on road on Upper Lewisburg Salem Rd past the LCNB National Bank.
