Experience a 1 hour indoor cycling class followed by a 32 Mile outdoor ride. 7:30AM Indoor cycling class at Springboro Coffman Y (88 Remick Blvd), free to Y members or via a guest pass. Followed by a 32 Mile outdoor ride from Coffman Y parking lot. Outdoor ride will begin approximately 15 minutes after conclusion of indoor cycling class.
