Open to all Cyclists - good refresher training.
Instruction will be provided by the Bellbrook Fire Dept Station 22.
Training is for all cyclists, whether you're a racer or casual rider.
Covers basic life support skills and the specific problems faced by cyclists.
For example: incident management, resuscitation, bleeding, unconsciousness, shock, etc.
